Your written booking conditions

The cancellation deadline, refund schedule and any non-refundable arrangements must be stated in the operator’s written quote or booking agreement before payment. This website does not promise a universal free-cancellation window for every private Elafonisi experience.

Cancel or request another date

Email or call Way to Crete using the details below. Include your booking reference, tour date and the change you are requesting. Keep the operator’s written response. Availability on another date, any price difference and any cancellation charge must be confirmed.

Weather or operator changes

If conditions prevent the agreed trip, ask the operator to explain your available options, including a revised itinerary, another date or any applicable refund. Your booking terms and statutory rights apply. Do not assume that an alternative is accepted until you and the operator agree it.

Enquiry drafts are not bookings

Saving a draft or asking about availability does not take payment or confirm a tour. A local draft has no booking to cancel; you can delete it from your device. If you contacted the operator separately, ask them to confirm the status of that request.
