Scope and operator

These website terms apply to Elafonisi Tours, operated by Way to Crete. They explain the enquiry process and should be read with our booking information, cancellation information and operator details. A confirmed tour is governed by the specific arrangements and conditions supplied by the operator before booking.

Enquiries and confirmation

Viewing a tour, selecting a date or saving an enquiry draft does not reserve a place. No payment is taken on this website. A booking is accepted only when the operator confirms it and the agreed booking requirements are met. The lead traveller must have authority to arrange the trip for the group.

Prices and payment

Displayed Elafonisi prices are in euros for a private group of 1–4 or 5–8 guests, as indicated. The operator confirms your total, pickup area, itinerary, inclusions, any extras, payment method and due date in writing before booking. Do not enter payment card details into the enquiry form. Changes to advertised prices do not automatically change an already agreed booking price.

Cancellations and changes

Obtain the applicable refund schedule, cancellation deadline and weather arrangements with your written quote before paying. To request a cancellation or date change, contact Way to Crete promptly. A new date depends on availability; a change is confirmed only when the operator accepts it. See cancellations and refunds.

Taking part

Read the confirmed itinerary and arrive at the agreed pickup time. Follow reasonable safety instructions and discuss child seats, mobility needs, food allergies or other practical requirements directly with the operator before booking. Please share only the personal information necessary to arrange suitable support.

The operator’s general terms require suitable personal travel insurance. Check that your cover includes the planned activities and any cancellation or medical assistance you need.

Weather and itinerary

Durations are estimates. Weather, road conditions, access restrictions and safety requirements may affect stops or timing. The operator should explain significant changes and the available options. Any operator cancellation, alternative itinerary or refund is handled under the terms of your booking and applicable law.

Website use and your rights

Use the website lawfully and do not disrupt its operation or misuse forms. External services have their own terms. Greek law applies to the operator’s services, without removing mandatory consumer rights or any jurisdiction protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updated website terms carry a new revision date. They do not retrospectively replace the terms agreed for an existing booking.
