Make a request
Email info@waytocrete.com with the subject “Elafonisi Tours privacy request”. State the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence, such as the email you used and approximate enquiry date. Do not attach identity documents or payment details unless the operator explains why a proportionate identity check is necessary.
Response time
GDPR requests must generally receive a response within one month. For complex or numerous requests, an extension of up to two additional months may be available; the operator must explain the extension within the first month. Requests are normally free; the GDPR permits exceptions for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
Raise a concern
You can contact Way to Crete first to resolve a concern. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece. Its official page explains the complaint procedure.
