What the visit brings to the day
The experience introduces Cretan honey through a local producer. Depending on the confirmed session, it can cover beekeeping, production, honey varieties and a guided tasting. It gives a beach-and-scenery day a more personal food connection.
Stathakis Family publishes a 45-minute guided tour and tasting as well as longer 90-minute experiences. These are distinct sessions, so the duration of your included visit must be confirmed rather than inferred from the host’s full catalogue.
What is included in your package
The honey experience and tasting are included in the advertised full-day private tour price. The package also includes private transport, hotel pickup and return within the agreed service area, the driver/local host, bottled water, the Topolia Gorge scenic route and taxes.
Lunch, personal purchases, sunbeds and umbrellas are separate. Do not add the producer’s separately advertised retail session price to our package total; confirm your selected session and any requested upgrade with the operator.
Timing and practical arrangements
The whole tour takes approximately 8–10 hours and aims for 3–4 hours at Elafonisi. Your pickup point, the tasting appointment, traffic and conditions determine the order. The itinerary is flexible within those practical limits.
